Who We Are

The Salvation Army has provided shelter and social services in Santa Barbara since the early 1960’s. Currently, The Salvation Army operates the Hospitality House, a 70-bed Transitional Living Program designed to assist single, homeless men and women. The program's overall objective is for residents to become self-sufficient, and maintain secure income and safe housing. This is accomplished through onsite resources as well as through collaboration with other agencies.
